The mission of the Ile de la Gonave RCZ (Resilience Capacity Zone working group is to advance the resilience of Ile de la Gonave's residents.

The first step is get La Gonave on the radar for response.  The mayors need to connect with Huswald and the Resilience Newtorks Mayors's Council.  Key local responders should sign on to the Resilience Network WhatsApp working groups.
